Travel software for agencies in Pakistan and the Gulf

A bot your customers can book with, and a portal your sub-agencies can sell from.

The B2C bot is the assistant your agency releases to the public: it searches live fares, books, and answers on web, WhatsApp and email. Buraq B2B is the back-office your sub-agencies sell from: wallets, contracts, a GDS terminal, settlement. Same content, same rules, same ledger.

What you get

Both products read the same fares, the same wallets and the same ledger.

Both products share your content connections, your pricing, your booking records, your ledger and your audit trail. What differs is who walks in the door.

B2Cfor the public

The B2C bot

The assistant your agency releases to end travellers, guests and open clients, on your own domain and brand. Flights, hotels, Umrah, visas, tours and transfers in one conversation; a three-step booking; a Trips hub; 18 traveller tools; hands-free Driving Mode and a Live Translator.

  • Web, WhatsApp and email, one memory
  • Guest access is off until you allow it; open-client sign-up with optional approval
  • Booking and ticketing switched on by you, per agency
B2Bfor agencies and sub-agencies

Buraq B2B

The portal your sub-agencies sell from and the console you run them with. Live fares and reservations, wallets with credit limits, contracts and pricing rules, group flights, settlement bills, reports, and a GDS terminal that speaks Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo.

  • Multi-level agency tree; sub-agencies inherit your brand
  • Wallet debited on issue, ledger with running balance
  • Act as a sub-agent; price-check with the live engine
Why not just an online shop?

A customer in Lahore asks about baggage on the 18:40 flydubai before they book. A search form cannot answer that.

Putting your fares behind a search form is table stakes. Agencies in Pakistan and the Gulf sell on WhatsApp, by email and through sub-agents, and their customers ask questions before they book. The platform is built around that.

A search formA conversation

Travellers ask in their own words, in their language, and get live fares, plain fare rules, a seat map and a booking, without learning a form. Voice when their hands are busy.

A websiteWeb, WhatsApp and email

The same assistant, fares and memory on your domain, on your WhatsApp Business number and at your support address, with a person one step away.

A booking engineA network back-office

Sub-agencies with wallets, credit and contracts; pricing rules and promotions; group flights; settlement bills; reports; a GDS terminal for the agents who want one.

How it fits together

You connect your Sabre or Amadeus account once, then decide what the bot and your sub-agents may do.

  1. 1

    Connect your content

Add your own GDS, airline and aggregator accounts. Credentials are encrypted and shown to your admins only as masked summaries. Search is on from day one; reservation, cancellation and ticketing are switched on per connection when you are ready.

  2. 2

    Set the rules

Choose what the bot may do, write pricing rules and promotions, decide which emails are answered automatically and which wait for a person, and keep live booking off until you say so.

  3. 3

    Open the doors

Bind your domain: the B2C bot wears your brand and answers on WhatsApp and email. Onboard sub-agencies into Buraq B2B with a credit limit and a contract, and let them sell.

Three minutes

Watch a traveller plan a trip with the B2C bot.

From the first question to a priced Karachi to Dubai itinerary, in one conversation.

The video is hosted on YouTube and loads only when you press play.
B2C bot

A customer asks for Karachi to Dubai on Friday and gets a ticket without leaving the chat.

Travellers ask in their own words. The bot searches your connected content live, explains fare rules plainly, shows a seat map, and walks them through a three-step booking with the payment methods you enable.

Buraq B2B

Every ticket a sub-agent issues is debited from their wallet and written to the ledger.

Sub-agents search and reserve; the wallet is debited when a ticket is issued; the ledger keeps a running balance; bills close each selling window. You see all of it from the console.

  • Wallet, credit, ledger

Available to spend, credit limit, used; every debit and credit with a balance after; bank instruments and gateway top-ups.

  • Contracts and pricing

Master contract, per-sub-agent terms, billing cycles, markup and discount rules, agent groups, promotions.

  • GDS terminal

Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo entries against your own content, with work areas that wait for you.

  • Reports that export

Sales, earnings, ledger, content-wise and sub-agent-wise, with segments ticketed and taxes broken out.

Email desk

The email desk quotes the Karachi to Jeddah fare on its own, but a person issues every ticket.

Three desks, one inbox discipline. Travellers get answers about availability, fares and booking status automatically. Sub-agents get live quotes priced for them and can ask for a hold, which a person confirms. Suppliers are never answered by a machine.

Built for agencies that answer to their customers

A PKR 49,800 refund needs a switch turned on, a named approver and a ledger line.

  • Your agency, walled

Your domain decides your agency before anything else happens. Sub-agencies form a tree; each renders your brand unless it has its own.

  • Roles that fit an agency

Platform staff, agency admins, call-centre agents, end users and open clients, each seeing only what their role allows.

  • Credentials protected

Content credentials encrypted at rest and never shown back in full; passwords stored only as one-way hashes; sessions that expire.

  • Money behind switches

Booking, live ticketing and post-ticketing self-service are each a switch you hold. Off means live search and prices, but no real reservation.

  • Human review where it counts

A review queue for email replies, sensitive actions and agent requests; suspicious senders never get an automatic answer.

  • A record of everything

System audit, chat audit, booking timeline and activity log, readable by your admins.

Questions people ask first

The questions agencies ask us first on WhatsApp.

What is the difference between the B2C bot and Buraq B2B?
The B2C bot is the assistant an agency releases to the public: end travellers, guests and open clients, on the agency's domain and WhatsApp number. Buraq B2B is used between agencies: the tenant runs an admin console, its sub-agencies sell from a portal. Both share your content connections, pricing, booking records and ledger.
Do we bring our own GDS and airline accounts?
Yes. Content belongs to your agency. You add your own Sabre, Amadeus or Travelport accounts, airline API accounts and aggregators; credentials are encrypted and never shown back in full. Nothing is shared between agencies.
Can the bot issue tickets on its own?
Only when you switch it on. Booking is off for a new agency until you enable it, and live ticketing is a separate switch. With it off the bot still searches and prices live, but a booking is clearly marked as a demo and no money moves. Over email, ticketing, payment and cancellation are never automatic.
What does a traveller see when they open our bot?
Your brand: name, logo, colours, favicon, welcome text and bot name, on web and in every email and document. Attribution to the platform can be hidden on request.
Which languages?
The B2C bot answers in the traveller's language. Driving Mode supports 52 spoken languages and the Live Translator translates between two speakers. This website is English today and built so Urdu and Arabic can be added.
Can we customise how the assistant speaks and what it does?
Yes. Its name, persona, tone and house instructions are set from your admin, alongside the capabilities it may use, the services it lists and the pricing rules it quotes. It answers in the traveller's language.
What happens when the assistant cannot answer?
It says so and hands over to a person: the conversation goes to your team with the context attached, and anything your policy marks as sensitive waits in a review queue rather than being answered automatically. A human is never more than one step away.
How long does setup take, and what do we install?
Nothing to install: the products run in the browser and on WhatsApp. You connect your content credentials, set your brand and rules, and open the doors; our team does the initial configuration with you and shows you your own fares in staging before you commit.
How do our staff find their way around the consoles?
Every console has a help assistant: press Help at the bottom right, or Cmd/Ctrl + K. Type a word and it lists the matching screens and settings; ask a question and it explains the setting and offers a Take me there button that opens the screen and highlights the field. It knows only what your role can see and never changes a setting for you.
Where does it run?
Behind Cloudflare, on managed infrastructure with separate staging and production environments. Agencies get a subdomain first; custom domains are supported and set up by our team.
