What's new

What reached the products, month by month, described the way you would see it on screen. Agencies are told by email about changes that affect them.

    1. B2C bot

A search form behind the chat, and flexible dates

The B2C bot's message box gains Search: a flights and hotels form that fills itself in from what the traveller already typed, one tap from the chat. A flight search there runs straight against the connected airlines and GDS, posts an editable summary, and comes back as a normal reply. Exact, ±1, ±2 or ±3 days compares nearby dates: a row of dates (a departure × return grid on wide screens) shows the lowest fare per day with Your date and Cheapest marked, and tapping a day filters the cards without a new search. Exact-date results offer Check ±3 days for cheaper fares; Modify and Edit reopen the form.

    2. Buraq B2B

Refund requests after the void window

A sub-agent asks for a refund on a ticketed booking from My Bookings, with a reason; the booking shows Refund requested. The tenant's Bookings screen has a refund queue: Approve takes the airline penalty and credits paid − refund charge − penalty to the sub-agent's wallet; Reject returns the booking to Ticketed with remarks.

    3. Buraq B2B

Two-factor sign-in, forgot password and contract switches

When a contract enforces two-factor authentication, a correct password is followed by a six-digit code to WhatsApp and email. Forgot password? sends a one-time code and signs every session out on reset; Profile gains Edit name and Change password. Contracts gain Ticket allowed (off = hold only, the tenant issues) and Allow settlement using credit (off = prepaid only), shown as tags on the Sub-Agents table.

    4. Buraq B2B

Promotion pool, Users and funds transfer for a sub-agent's downline

A sub-agent runs its own discounts and promotions for the agencies under it from a Promotions screen, on top of what the tenant gives it; the console lists them read-only with who set them. A Users screen in the portal manages own staff and downline logins with roles, permissions and WhatsApp / email notification switches. Transfer to sub-agent moves wallet credit to a downline agency, one-time code and all, as paired ledger entries with one reference.

    5. Buraq B2B

Sub-Agents in the portal, gated by the contract

The portal's Sub-Agents screen lists the real downline (credit limit, used, available, contract, status) and Add sub-agent creates a child agency with credit terms capped at the parent's own limit and an optional owner login. Allow a downline on the contract shows or hides it.

    6. Buraq B2B

Import a PNR made outside the portal

Enter a record locator and the lead surname; the portal retrieves the record from the agency's connected airline and GDS systems and imports itinerary, passengers and ticket numbers, or switches to manual entry when the host has no record. Fares are priced by the pricing engine, held imports get the tenant's hold window, ticketed imports record ticket numbers without a wallet debit, and duplicates are refused.

    7. Buraq B2B

Bookings across the network in the console

The tenant sees every reservation and e-ticket across its sub-agents with search, Held / Ticketed / Closed filters and hold expiry per row, and can issue, release, void, print or email on a sub-agent's behalf under that sub-agent's contract rules. Dashboard held-PNR notifications open it.

    8. Buraq B2B

Void, release, print, email and hold expiry in My Bookings

Void ticket and Release hold sit in the booking panel behind an inline confirmation that names the contract's void charge and the wallet refund; Issue ticket confirms first too. Print / Save PDF prints the e-ticket alone under the agency's letterhead; Email to passenger sends it from the agency's own sender. Every held booking shows when the hold expires (amber under six hours, red once past) and the auto-release worker enforces it.

    9. Buraq B2B

One-time password on ticketing, void and cancel

When the contract requires it, the portal asks for a six-digit code sent to the user's WhatsApp number before a ticket is issued, voided or a hold released. Codes last five minutes and allow five attempts.

    10. Buraq B2B

Return trips and passenger types in the flight search

One-way / Return with a return date, and an Adults / Children / Infants picker with airline rules (one lap infant per adult, nine seated passengers). Results and the e-ticket show the OUT and RET legs; the passenger step builds ADT / CHD / INF cards from the counts.

    11. Platform

Seats, bags, meals and special requests filed with the airline

Seats and ancillaries chosen in the B2C bot or the Buraq B2B portal are now sold or filed with the booking on every rail (GDS SSRs, NDC offer items, Navitaire seat and SSR calls) instead of only being charged. The portal's booking flow gains an Add-ons & special requests step, and add-ons can be filed on a held PNR later.

    12. Buraq B2B

Sign-in background and Policies & FAQ

Tenant settings gain a sign-in background image and plain-text Policies and FAQ, rendered on the portal's Policies & FAQ screen: public before sign-in, in the Account menu after.

    13. Platform

A help assistant inside every console

Press Help or Cmd/Ctrl + K in the Buraq B2B portal, the Buraq B2B admin console, the platform admin console or the subscriptions console. Type a word and it lists the matching screens and settings; ask a question and it explains what a setting does and offers a Take me there button that opens the screen and highlights the field. It answers from a registry kept in step with the screens, only shows what your role can see, and never changes a setting for you.

    14. Email desk

      Email desks with human review

A customer support desk for the B2C bot, and an agent desk and a supplier desk for Buraq B2B. Automatic answers for availability, fares and booking status; a review queue with a service-level timer for everything sensitive; an inbox wizard, sending domains, workflows and a tracked outbox. Email never tickets, pays or cancels.

    15. Buraq B2B

      Daily digests and Email requests

Sub-agencies with an active contract get a daily desk summary and a selling-limit alert; the portal shows their own email threads and hold requests.

    16. Platform

      Your brand everywhere

Brand name, tagline, logo, favicon, colours, email sender and reply-to, invoice footer and bot name follow your domain across the B2C bot, Buraq B2B, sign-in pages, emails and documents. Sub-agencies inherit the nearest brand above them.

    17. Buraq B2B

Native Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo entries inside the console, with HOST and EMULATED rails, a work area that waits for you, and the same wallet and permission checks as the Flights workspace.

    18. Buraq B2B

Group flights, Umrah packages, hotel rates and visa services

Block-seat group flights with allocations and group ticketing; Umrah packages with Makkah and Madinah nights; hotel rates by room type; visa services with processing days; all sold from the sub-agent's wallet.
