Agreements

Terms of service

Effective 27 September 2026. Part A applies to everyone who uses the products or this website. Part B applies to agencies that subscribe. Part C applies to travellers, guests, open clients and sub-agent staff using an agency's products.

Part A — Everyone

1. Who we are and what this covers

JetNova AI (“we”) provides the JetNova platform: the B2C bot, an AI travel assistant that agencies release to the public; Buraq B2B, a portal and console agencies use between themselves; the email desks; the administrative applications; and this website. By using any of them you accept these terms, the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy.

2. We are software, not a travel agency

Fares, rates, availability, visas and packages come from the travel suppliers and the agency's own content. The agency whose brand you see is the seller of travel and the party responsible for your booking, its rules, changes and refunds. We do not sell travel, hold your money for travel, or act as an agent for any airline or hotel.

3. The assistant

The assistant is an AI system. It can be wrong, and it says so when it is unsure. It searches and quotes live, but it may only book, ticket or take payment when the agency has switched those functions on, and it never issues tickets, takes payment or cancels by email. Flight searches from the search form, and the fares shown for nearby dates on a flexible-date search, are also live at the moment of the search and can change before you book. Always check the confirmation you receive. The AI disclosure has the detail.

4. Accounts and security

Keep your credentials to yourself, use a strong password or a sign-in provider, and tell your agency or us at once if you think an account has been misused. Sessions expire; you may be asked for a one-time code before sensitive actions, at sign-in where your agency's contract enforces two-factor authentication, and to reset a forgotten password. Codes are sent to the WhatsApp number and email address on your account, so keep them current; a password reset signs out every session. You are responsible for what is done under your account until you tell us otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

The products, this website, their design, text, code and marks belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use them as intended. What you create in them, such as your itineraries, notes and uploads, stays yours; you give us and your agency a licence to store and process it to provide the service. Open-source components are listed in the open-source notices.

6. Acceptable use and fair use

The acceptable use policy applies. Rate limits and daily search limits protect the service and the suppliers' systems; exceeding them slows or pauses your access rather than charging you.

7. Third-party services

Travel suppliers, payment providers, WhatsApp, sign-in providers and map, weather and exchange-rate sources have their own terms. Ride-hailing links open other companies' apps. We are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by suppliers, networks or events outside our control. Our total liability to an agency in any twelve months is limited to the fees that agency paid us in that period; our liability to an individual user is limited to the greater of USD 100 and what that user paid us directly. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes go to the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes that matter are announced to agencies by email at least 30 days ahead, and to users in the product. Continuing to use the service after the date at the top means you accept the new terms.

Part B — Agencies

11. Subscription and plan

Your plan sets which products are open, seats, credits for the assistant, voice limits, connection and search limits, and the billing cycle. A parent agency may assign plans to its child agencies; the parent sees a child's usage when the child inherits the parent's plan.

12. Credits

The assistant's work (messages, tool calls, voice) consumes credits from your monthly allocation. When credits are exhausted the assistant pauses until the next cycle or a top-up; the portal, console and your data remain available. Guest usage does not consume credits. Unused credits do not roll over unless your plan says so.

13. Fees and payment

Invoices are issued on your cycle and are payable by the due date, plus applicable taxes including GST where required. Late payment may suspend the assistant after notice; your data is retained. Platform fees do not include GDS, airline, payment-gateway or messaging-provider charges, which are your own contracts. Subscription fees are not refundable except where the law requires or we have failed to provide the service for a sustained period.

14. Your content and connections

You are responsible for the GDS, airline, aggregator and payment accounts you connect, for having the right to use them this way, and for the fares and rules you sell. We store your credentials encrypted, show them back only masked, and use them only to serve your agency and its sub-agencies under your contracts.

15. Your customers and sub-agents

You are the controller for your customers' and sub-agents' personal data and the seller of record for their travel. You will present them with terms and a privacy notice consistent with these, obtain any consents the law requires for WhatsApp and email contact, and handle their requests. The data processing addendum forms part of this agreement.

16. Switches you hold

Booking, live ticketing, post-ticketing self-service, guest access, open-client registration, the assistant's capabilities and each email desk's workflow are settings under your control, as are the switches on each Buraq B2B contract: whether a sub-agent may issue tickets or only hold, settle on credit or only from prepaid funds, run a downline of its own, and whether two-factor sign-in and one-time passwords on ticketing and cancellation apply. Turning one on is your instruction to us to act accordingly; you are responsible for reservations, tickets, voids, refunds you approve, wallet transfers between your agencies and bookings imported from outside the portal made through your account and content. Policies and FAQ you publish to your sub-agents are your own terms, and you are responsible for their content.

17. Brand and domains

You warrant that you may use the name, logo and marks you configure. A custom domain is bound only after it is verified. You may not present the service as your own software in a way that misleads; attribution to the platform may be hidden on request.

18. Term, suspension and termination

The agreement runs by cycle and renews until cancelled with 30 days' notice. We may suspend access for non-payment, a serious breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, or to protect the service, telling you why. On termination you may export your bookings, reports and ledger within 30 days, after which we delete or anonymise your data except what we must keep by law.

Part C — Travellers, guests, open clients and sub-agent staff

19. Your agency

The agency whose brand you see provides the product to you. Its terms, fare rules, cancellation and refund policies apply to your bookings. Where those terms are silent, these terms apply.

20. Bookings, tickets and payments

A fare or rate is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation with a booking reference. Prices can change between search and payment; the review step shows the final amount. Payment methods are those your agency enables and are processed by its provider; your bank may ask you to verify. Changes and refunds follow the supplier's fare rules and your agency's process; some actions you can complete yourself, others your agency completes for you.

21. Sub-agent staff

If you use Buraq B2B as staff of a sub-agency, you act for that agency under its contract with the tenant. Wallet, credit, one-time-password, ticketing, settlement and downline rules are set by that contract, and the policies the tenant publishes on the Policies & FAQ screen apply to your bookings. Voids follow the airline's void window and the contract's void charge; a refund after that window is a request the tenant decides, and the amount credited is what was paid less the contract's refund charge and the airline's penalty. A transfer of wallet credit to an agency in your downline, a booking you import from outside the portal, and the logins and promotions you create for your downline are made on your agency's authority. Email to the agent desk can quote and request a hold; ticketing, payment and cancellation happen in the portal.

22. Guests and open clients

Guest access, where offered, is short-lived and limited. Open-client registration may require the agency's approval. Either can be withdrawn by the agency.

23. Voice and attachments

Voice features record only while you use them and transcribe through a speech provider. Do not upload documents that are not yours or that you are not allowed to share. Passports and identity documents are used for the booking you asked for and are protected as described in the privacy policy.

24. Leaving

You can delete your account from the account and security drawer. Bookings already made remain with your agency as its records require.
