Platform

The pieces both products run on: your content, your tenancy, your brand and one record.

Content connections you own, tenancy that keeps agencies apart, a brand that follows your domain, channels that share one memory, and a record of everything.

Content

You connect your own Sabre account, your PIA and flydubai agent accounts, and any of 55 airlines direct.

Each connection belongs to one agency. Search is on from day one; reservation, cancellation and ticketing are switched on per connection.

GDS

Sabre

Search, pricing, fare rules, seat maps, ancillaries, reservation, ticketing, void, refund; NDC orders; host terminal entries.

GDS

GDS

Travelport / Galileo

55 airline-direct connections, on the NDC or Navitaire rail

Each airline is a template in the admin: add your agent account with the airline, and the bot and Buraq B2B search, price and issue on it directly. Grouped by region as they are in the app.

Aggregators and airlines not on the list

Hitit NDC

One template for any airline hosted on Hitit's NDC gateway, such as PIA, AirSial and Pegasus.

Generic airline / aggregator

A template for an airline or aggregator with its own API, on either the NDC or the Navitaire rail.

Hotel, visa, tour, transfer and insurance products are managed as catalogues and suppliers inside Buraq B2B and sold through both doors.

Tenancy

An agency in Karachi cannot see an agency in Dubai, and a sub-agency sees only its own downline.

  • A tree of agencies

Parent and child agencies to any depth, with strict scoping: an agency sees its own downline and nothing beside it.

  • Roles

Platform staff, super admins and admins for agencies, call-centre agents, end users and open clients; plans are created and assigned only by platform-level roles.

  • Plans that cascade

Platform-wide and agency-specific plans; a parent sees a child's usage when the child inherits the parent's plan.

White-label

The domain a customer arrives on decides whose logo, colours and emails they see.

What you set

Brand name, tagline, logo, favicon, primary and secondary colours, welcome and support text, support email, phone and WhatsApp, social links, email sender name and reply-to, invoice footer, and the bot's own name.

Where it shows

The B2C bot and its landing page, the Buraq B2B portal and console, sign-in pages, every email (codes, resets, bookings, handoffs, desk replies), itineraries and invoices, and the Umrah storefront. Sub-agencies inherit the nearest brand above them.

Subdomains first, custom domains on request; a domain is verified before customers are sent to it. Attribution to the platform can be hidden by our team.

Channels and memory

A customer who asked on WhatsApp on Monday is remembered on the website on Tuesday.

  • Web

The B2C bot on your domain, the Buraq B2B portal and console, and an Umrah storefront for agencies that sell packages online.

  • WhatsApp Business

The B2C bot on your number through the official cloud API, with the same fares, tools and memory.

  • Email

Three desks with human review; every outgoing email through one tracked outbox.

  • Structured memory

Preferences, travellers, trips and bookings kept as records scoped to the agency, not a free-text archive.

Records

Every sign-in, chat, booking step and wallet movement is written down with a name and a time.

  • System audit

Sign-ins, changes to settings, plans, connections and domains, by whom and when.

  • Chat audit

Conversations, the tools used and the handoffs made, without the model's internal reasoning.

  • Booking timeline

Every step of a booking from selection to ticket, refund or change, per reservation.

  • Ledger

Every wallet movement with the balance after, attributable to a person or an action.

Where it runs

Staging and production run apart, behind Cloudflare, with a recovery point before every change.

  • Staging and production apart

Separate databases, secrets and domains; nothing is promoted without passing the checks in staging.

  • Behind Cloudflare

DNS, TLS, web application firewall and rate limiting in front of every surface.

  • Recovery points

Point-in-time recovery and a recovery point before every production change.

Help inside the console

Ask the console where a setting is, and it takes you there.

Every console carries a help assistant: the platform admin console, the Buraq B2B admin console and portal, and the subscriptions console. Press Help at the bottom right, or Cmd/Ctrl + K.

  • Find as you type

Type “API key”, “logo” or “credit limit” and the matching screens and settings appear at once, without an AI call. Enter opens the top match.

  • Ask in your own words

“How do I stop the bot from booking?” gets a short answer in your language that names the screen and the section, plus a Take me there button that opens it and highlights the field.

  • Knows its limits

It only lists what your role can see, it never changes a setting, and it answers from a registry updated with every release, so what it says matches what is on screen.

Questions

Questions agencies ask about the platform.

Can two agencies share one Sabre account?
No. Content belongs to one agency. Each agency adds its own accounts; a sub-agency sells through its tenant's content according to the contract.
Who can see connector credentials?
Nobody, after they are saved. Agency admins see a masked summary; platform staff manage the connection without the secret being displayed.
Which AI models does it use?
Models are selected and routed by our team through a single gateway, per task: one stack for classification, one for conversation, one for extraction. Agencies do not need to manage models or keys.
Does it remember customers?
Yes, as structured memory: preferences, travellers, trips and bookings, scoped to the agency. It is not a free-text archive fed back into the model.
Can we run it on our own domain?
Yes. Agencies get a subdomain first; custom domains are verified before they go live and are set up by our team.
How do our staff learn the consoles?
Each console has a help assistant (the Help button, or Cmd/Ctrl + K) that finds any screen or setting as you type, explains what it does when you ask, and takes you there. The manual on this site covers every screen as well, and the team walks you through your own setup before you go live.
