Principle
Most personal data in the products belongs to an agency's customers and is controlled by that agency. We disclose it to an authority only when legally required, only as much as the request lawfully covers, and we tell the agency unless the law forbids it.
What we can and cannot provide
We hold account and contact details, conversation content, bookings and payment references, wallet and ledger entries, delivery records for email and WhatsApp, and audit logs, as described in the privacy policy. We do not hold full card numbers, and we cannot read WhatsApp messages other than those sent to an agency's bot.
How to ask
Requests must come from an authority with jurisdiction, in writing, identifying the legal basis, the account or identifier concerned, and the specific data sought, with a return address at an official domain. Send them to privacy@jetnova-ai.com, marked “legal request”. We do not act on requests sent to agencies' desks or to the assistant.
Review
We check that the request is valid under the law of Pakistan and, for data of people elsewhere, under mutual legal assistance or the applicable law of that place. Overbroad or vague requests are narrowed or refused. We do not provide voluntary access outside legal process, except in an emergency.
Notice
We notify the agency, and through it the user, before disclosing, unless notice is prohibited by law or a court, or would risk someone's safety. Where notice is delayed, we give it once the restriction ends.
Emergencies
Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to prevent imminent death or serious injury, we may disclose the minimum necessary to an authority able to act, and we record it.
Transparency
We publish annually how many requests we received, how many we answered in full or in part, and how many we refused, unless the law prevents it.
Requests to agencies
An agency that receives a legal request for data in the products can export what it controls from the products themselves and may ask us for help at privacy@jetnova-ai.com.
