B2C bot

The travel assistant your agency releases to the public.

Your customers talk to it on your website, on WhatsApp and by email. It searches your content live, explains fares plainly, books in three steps, keeps every trip in one place, and carries 18 tools for the journey itself.

Channels

The same assistant answers on your website, your WhatsApp number and your support email.

  • Your website

Runs on your domain in your brand, with a landing page that lists your services and a chat that starts as a guest or a signed-in customer.

  • WhatsApp Business

Customers message your number and get the same assistant, the same fares and the same memory, through the official WhatsApp Business cloud API.

  • Email

Your support address answers availability, fare and booking-status questions automatically, and sends anything sensitive to your team's review queue. The email desk

Talk, or fill in a formChat stays the front door. For travellers who would rather tap than type, Search in the message box opens a flights and hotels form that fills itself in from what they already wrote, and the answer comes back in the same conversation. A flight search from the form goes straight to your airlines and GDS without using the AI or credits.
Flexible dates, ±1 to ±3 daysA flexible search shows the lowest fare for each nearby day, with the traveller's date and the cheapest day marked; on a wide screen a return trip becomes a departure × return grid. Tapping a day filters the flights without searching again, and exact-date results offer to check ±3 days.
Smart Moves

The Smart Moves menu lists every tool a traveller can open, from Qibla to a group split.

The Smart Moves menu is the bot's own table of contents. These are its groups and entries as they appear on screen.

Booking

A PKR 58,400 flydubai fare becomes a ticket in three screens.

The booking opens inside the conversation. A session timer keeps the fare honest; saved travellers fill the form; the review shows every charge before anything is paid.

  1. 1

    Flight Selected

The itinerary as a timeline with each segment, the fare and its rules, an indicative seat map, and extras such as bags and meals where the airline offers them. Hotels follow the same shape with “Hotel Selected”.

  2. 2

    Passenger Details

Names as on passport, dates of birth, documents, and a contact block. Saved travellers appear as a strip to copy from; a document can be captured from a photo. Hotels ask for “Guest Details” instead.

  3. 3

    Review & Pay

A price breakdown per passenger, the payment methods you enable (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cash), a note about 3-D Secure where the bank asks for it, then the confirmation with the booking reference, airline confirmation and e-ticket numbers.

After ticketingCustomers see their itinerary and receipt, can download the receipt, resend the e-ticket, check refund status and accept a schedule change. Which further changes they may make themselves, and which come through you, is your setting.
Before you switch it onBooking is off for a new agency until you enable it, and live ticketing is a separate switch. Until then the bot searches and prices live and marks any reservation clearly as a demo.
Trips hub

The Trips hub holds the whole Umrah trip: the flights, the Makkah hotel, the Madinah transfer and the documents.

  • Upcoming, Active, Past

A trip's timeline from flights to hotels to transfers, searchable, with the next thing at the top.

  • Companions and coordinators

Invite the people travelling with you and the people organising it; everyone sees the same plan.

  • Documents checklist

Passport validity, visas, insurance and vaccination reminders per traveller and destination.

  • Reminders and weather

Check-in, departure and check-out reminders, and the weather where you are going.

  • Shareable trip brief

A clean, read-only page of the whole trip to send to family or a client, no sign-in needed to read it.

  • Bookmarks

Fares, places and ideas saved from any conversation and picked up later.

  • Trip costs

Group splits that know who owes whom across currencies, and an expense recorder with budget and burn rate.

  • Import a booking

Paste or upload a confirmation from elsewhere and it joins the trip.

Voice

Driving Mode answers by voice on the motorway. The Live Translator works across a hotel counter in Jeddah.

Driving Mode

A full-screen, large-type mode that listens and answers aloud, in any of 52 languages, so a traveller can ask for the gate, the weather or the next turn without looking down.

Live Translator

Pick “You speak” and “They speak”. In manual mode tap a speaker, talk, pause, and the translation plays out loud. Auto mode listens to both languages and reads each translation back.

Traveller toolkit

Eighteen small tools open inside the chat, from a baggage checker to a Zakat calculator.

Who can use it

Guests, open clients and your own customers each get the access you allow.

  • Guests

Chat without an account when you allow it. Guest sessions are short-lived and never consume your customers' credits.

  • Open clients

Members of the public who register themselves, with an approval step if you want to vet them first.

  • End users

Accounts your agency creates for its customers, with sign-in by email code, password, or Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn.

For agencies

You set the bot's name, colours and limits from the admin, and you can read every chat.

  • Your brand from your domain

Name, logo, colours, favicon, welcome text, bot name and support contacts; applied to the chat, emails and documents.

  • Capabilities you switch

Travel discovery, pricing and quotes, documents, support and handoff, booking operations, post-booking and billing support, each on or off.

  • Persona and instructions

Steer tone, house rules and priorities from the admin without touching the product.

  • A person is always reachable

Handoff to your team is never switched off; the bot offers it whenever it cannot or should not act.

  • Chat audit

Read conversations, tool usage and handoffs, without the model's internal reasoning cluttering the record.

  • Plans and credits

Subscriptions define capabilities, credit allocation and voice limits per agency or per user; child agencies can inherit a parent's plan.

Questions

Questions agencies ask about the B2C bot.

Does a traveller need an account?
Not necessarily. You decide whether guests may chat without signing in. Guests can search and ask; saving trips, bookmarks, voice and attachments ask for a quick sign-in with an email code. Open clients can register themselves, with approval if you want it; end users are accounts your agency creates.
Which channels does it answer on?
Your website or app domain, WhatsApp Business through the official cloud API, and email through your support address. The same customer memory follows the conversation across them.
Can it book and take payment?
Yes, when you enable it. The booking runs in three steps: selection, passenger or guest details, review and pay. Payment methods are the ones you enable (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cash). Live ticketing is a separate switch you hold.
What does it say when it cannot help?
It says so and offers a human. A handoff to your team is always available, and the actions it may take are limited to the capabilities you turned on.
Can we change how it looks and speaks?
Name, logo, colours, favicon, welcome text and the bot's own name are yours. It answers in the traveller's language, and you can steer its persona and instructions from the admin.
