Agencies connect their own GDS, airline and aggregator accounts. Nothing is pooled, resold or shared between agencies.

Travellers and sub-agents see the agency's name, logo and domain. Attribution to the platform can be hidden.
Nothing moves money without you
Booking, live ticketing and self-service after ticketing are switches the agency holds. Email never tickets, pays or cancels.
A person is always reachable
The assistant offers a handoff whenever it cannot or should not act, and a review queue keeps people in the loop where it counts.
