Policies

Acceptable use policy

Effective 27 September 2026. Part of the terms of service.

The spirit of it

The products exist so agencies can serve travellers well. Use them for real travel, for real customers, within the rights you hold. Do not use them to harm people, to break into things, to overload suppliers' systems, or to make the assistant say or do what it should not.

Do not

  • Break the law, or help anyone else to: fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, trafficking, or booking travel for someone without their knowledge or consent.
  • Use other people's identities, documents or payment methods, or enter passenger details you are not authorised to use.
  • Attempt to access another agency's data, another user's account, or any part of the service you are not authorised for; probe, scan or test the service except under a written agreement with us (see the security page for responsible disclosure).
  • Scrape, harvest or bulk-query fares, rates or availability; run automated searches against the suppliers' systems; circumvent rate limits or daily search limits; resell access.
  • Try to make the assistant ignore its instructions, reveal its configuration, act outside the capabilities the agency enabled, or contact third parties; send instructions inside emails or documents intended to manipulate it.
  • Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone's rights.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages through the WhatsApp or email channels, or message people who have not agreed to hear from the agency.
  • Misrepresent who you are, present the service as yours in a misleading way, or remove notices we require to remain.
  • Interfere with the service: denial of service, excessive load, tampering with webhooks, or reverse engineering beyond what the law permits.

Agencies also agree to

  • Sell only fares and products they are entitled to sell, under their supplier and IATA obligations.
  • Obtain the consents the law requires before contacting customers on WhatsApp or by email, and honour opt-outs.
  • Give their customers accurate terms, fare rules and refund information, and handle complaints.
  • Keep the switches that allow booking, ticketing and self-service in line with what their staff and processes can support.

What happens

We may warn, rate-limit, suspend features, suspend an account or terminate, depending on severity, and we tell the agency why unless the law prevents it. We remove unlawful content when we become aware of it. Where a report suggests a crime or a risk to someone's safety we may involve the authorities under the government requests policy.

Write to contact@jetnova-ai.com with the agency or address involved and what happened. Security vulnerabilities go to security@jetnova-ai.com.
