White-label travel portal for travel agencies

Updated · 5 min read

A white-label booking engine is software your agency runs under its own name. Travellers and sub-agents never see the vendor; they see you. This guide covers what should be brandable and how JetNova applies it.

What you set

Brand name, tagline, logo, favicon, primary and secondary colours, welcome and support text, support email, phone and WhatsApp, social links, email sender name and reply-to, invoice footer, and the bot's own name.

Where it shows

The B2C bot and its landing page, the Buraq B2B portal and console, sign-in pages, every email (codes, resets, bookings, handoffs, desk replies), itineraries and invoices, and the Umrah storefront.

The domain decides the brand

The domain a customer arrives on decides whose logo, colours and emails they see. Agencies get a subdomain first; custom domains are verified before customers are sent to them and are set up by our team. Attribution to the platform can be hidden on request.

Sub-agencies inherit, or get their own

A sub-agency without its own branding renders the nearest brand above it, on the portal, the sign-in screen, e-tickets, invoices and emails. Give one its own brand and it keeps it.

Your voice, too

White-label is more than a logo. The bot's persona, tone and house instructions are set from your admin, so it speaks the way your agency does and quotes only the services you list.

Questions

Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Agencies get a subdomain first; custom domains are verified before they go live and are set up by the JetNova team.
Can the vendor's name be hidden?
Yes. Attribution to the platform can be hidden on request.
Do sub-agencies see my brand?
Yes, unless you give a sub-agency its own branding; then it keeps its own across the portal, e-tickets, invoices and emails.
