Every booking platform is only as good as the content behind it. This guide explains how JetNova works with the GDS accounts and airline agent accounts your agency already holds.
Your accounts, not ours
Content belongs to one agency. You add your own Sabre, Amadeus or Travelport account, your airline agent accounts and any aggregators. Credentials are encrypted and never shown back in full: agency admins see a masked summary. Two agencies cannot share one account; a sub-agency sells through its tenant's content according to its contract.
What each GDS connection does
- Sabre: search, pricing, fare rules, seat maps, ancillaries, reservation, ticketing, void, refund, NDC orders and host terminal entries.
- Amadeus: search, reservation and servicing, with terminal entries in Amadeus format.
- Travelport / Galileo: search, reservation and servicing, with terminal entries in Galileo format.
Search is on from day one. Reservation, cancellation and ticketing are switched on per connection, when you are ready.
Airline-direct: NDC and Navitaire
Many airlines now sell better fares directly than through the GDS. JetNova carries fifty-five airline-direct templates on the NDC or Navitaire rail: add your agent account with the airline and both the B2C bot and Buraq B2B search, price and issue on it. PIA is on Hitit NDC; AirBlue, AirSial and SereneAir are direct; Fly Jinnah is on Navitaire. A generic template covers an airline or aggregator with its own API.
One search, both doors
Once connected, the same content serves the B2C bot for the public and Buraq B2B for sub-agents, each with its own pricing rules on top.
The terminal
Staff who work in cryptic entries get a terminal in Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo formats inside the console. When your account is entitled to a host session the status bar shows HOST and screens come back verbatim; otherwise entries run against your connected content and it says EMULATED and why. Type HELP in any format for the list of entries.
